We never work purely on the basis of a success fee. For effective consulting to deliver lasting results, both the consultants and the client need to be focused on steady project progress from the outset. This is documented and supported by financial agreements.

On level terms with our clients
Our principle in cooperation with clients is to work “on level terms – from one business person to another”. For the same reason, the partnership model is our preferred method of collaborating with our consultants. What is more, each of our consultants comes with professional experience from previous management roles.

Our philosophy in working with clients is always geared towards staying in touch, sustainable efforts and long-term business relationships. “One-off deals” are not for us.
