Who we are

HR Management Consultants GmbH is an independent, owner-run personnel consultancy. We serve SMEs and large corporations in all business sectors, including multinationals, and across all levels of hierarchy.

Among the key sectors covered are mechanical and plant engineering, the offshore industry, energy and renewables, construction, automotive, IT and health care.

Our guiding principle is and always will be independence. Indeed,  our autonomy is very important to us. It makes us directly accountable for the objectives and the service standards we set ourselves. And it guarantees our clients objective advice and results that stand the test of time. Other core values in our work with clients are authenticity, transparency and accountability. These are the bedrock of our philosophy and our consultancy practice.
